Through the steady heartbeat of the drum, we'll release tension, cultivate gratitude, and find a sense of calm that carries you into the busy weeks ahead.
No experience is needed.
Drums will be provided, and you're welcome to bring your own drum or extra drums to share.
Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, open and renewed.
