Rhythm Jamz is a unique musical yoga experience debuting at Zokawa: The Center of Happiness. This vibrant event will combine the rhythmic flow of vinyasa yoga with a live musical set performed by professional, local musicians. Musicians will play a semi-structured open-style set to guide participants through the instructor-led vinyasa flow throughout the 90 minute session. Rhythm Jamz will feature Jay Jones (Room 5 Piano Bar) on piano, Jerry Hawk and Mike Martin on electric and acoustic guitar, and the legendary Lathay Pegues on percussion!
