This workshop is an exploration of movement beyond technique.

As a movement artist I weave together house dance rhythms yoga animal flow somatic practices and physical theatre exercises to create a space where the body can reconnect with itself.

Through guided exercises you’ll learn to:

• Listen to sound and respond through your own rhythm
• Pause realign and return to the body
• ⁠Explore fluidity grounding and awareness in movement
