Spring is upon us. Join us for an evening of meditative mantric melodies led by rhythm bird and the nashville kirtan choir, at hot yoga nashville on charlotte ave. Don't worry, the room won't be heated. It'll be a comfortable temperature for meditation, chanting, with space to personally move and flow.
NOTE:
-Location Address 4920 Charlotte Ave Nashville TN 37209
-March 28th from 6 - 8 PM
-Shoes off in the studio room. Keep the shoes in the lobby.
-Doors will be locked by 6:15p
-Free Parking in the parking lot behind the building and abundant free street parking.
-Filtered water available, BYO cup
-Drinks available for purchase (non alcoholic studio beverages)
-Donations accepted at the door, RSVP via venmo to ensure your spot.
