Each week in this 3-part yoga series will start with a brief discussion on how to help your body have a balanced daily routine. Each week we will focus on a different area of the body in a rhythmic and dynamic yoga practice followed by an extended savasana with a soothing sound bath.
Yoga experience is recommended for this series.
You can attend all or one of the series, you must register individually for all sessions.
