About this Event

Welcome to Rhythm & Rhyme! Come join us for another evening of creative energy through spoken word, music, dance, storytelling and other creative arts. We welcome back familiar voices and make room for some stepping to the mic for the very first time.

Hosted by Artis, an award-winning poet, spoken word artist and author of her signature poem and book of the same title "Cuz I Like Me". She has performed at various open mics venues in the DMV. Artis resides in Maryland.

Powered by EnnLew Management Group, Rhythm & Rhyme is an open mic set performs at Chael The Transformation Space in Odenton, MD. Chael provides an intimate and safe setting for performers and guests so seating and performance slots are limited.

Doors Open at 6:30pm – Delicious bites and refreshing drinks available for purchase | Show starts promptly at 7:00pm

Cost: General Admission Cover: $20 | Performing Artists: $15 | Tickets for both are an additional $5.00 at the door (until max capacity reached) | This is a non-refundable event.

Parking Instructions/Landmarks: Entrance to parking lot is across from Walgreens; bear left upon entering parking lot (look for nail salon), drive over one speed bump and park in open parking lot by the red awning (with 8379 on it) | Once parked, enter through glass double doors under red awning and proceed down hall to Suite F.
