Rhythm and Resonance: Tibetan Bowls Intensive workshop
With Sherrie and Jacquie
Join us for an all levels, hands-on Tibetan Bowls workshop!
Opening with a bio scalar meditation to root us into rhythm and flow, we will tap into the origins and healing properties of these ancient sound instruments. Everyone will have hands-on experience with the bowls--as both facilitator and receiver--as we practice using the bowls rhythmically and with intention.
🌿This workshop is for students of all levels and experience; bowls will be provided for practice.
If you have your own bowls you are welcome to bring them!

This workshop is rooted in the Synergy of Sound branch of Sva Ha Academy, founded by Lisa Ishwari Murphy and co-directed by Ash Senra and Nicole Pepin.

Sherrie Rose Best is a Reiki Master teacher, 200 hr Sva Ha Yoga and the Synergy of Sound Yoga RYT, a Reiki Infused with Bioscalar teacher, and an advanced Energy Medicine and Sound Healing practitioner. Sherrie has been training with Lisa Ishwari Murphy, founder of Sva Ha Yoga and the Synergy of Sound Training Academy and Fairhaven Healing Arts, since 2009.
Jacquie is certified in advanced sound healing and energy medicine through her studies with Lisa Ishwari Murphy and is a Sva Ha Yoga RYT. She has been offering Synergy of Sound healing through concerts and guided meditations in the area for over a decade. Jacquie donates her time as part of the Fairhaven Healing Arts Ministry.
