Celebrate the end of summer with an evening of music, movement, laughter, and meaningful connection at Rhythm & Resonance: Community Drum Circle, Potluck & Sound Healing. This special community gathering is an invitation to come together in celebration, share our rhythms, enjoy delicious food, and create unforgettable memories with old friends and new faces.
Bring your drum, djembe, frame drum, rattle, shaker, handpan, flute, guitar, didgeridoo, singing bowl, or any acoustic instrument that can join the circle. Whether you're an experienced musician or have never played before, everyone is welcome. Together we'll create an uplifting rhythm that inspires dancing, singing, self-expression, and joyful connection. There is no performance—only a shared musical experience where every heartbeat and every rhythm has a place.
One of the highlights of the evening is our community potluck. Sharing food has always been one of the most beautiful ways to build community, and everyone is invited to contribute a favorite dish, snack, dessert, or beverage. Enjoy a diverse spread of homemade and store-bought treats while meeting like-minded people, exchanging stories, and celebrating the abundance that comes from everyone bringing a little something to share.
As the sun sets and our celebration winds down, we'll transition into a peaceful and immersive Sound Healing Meditation Journey. Allow the soothing vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, flutes, and other healing instruments to gently guide you into a state of deep relaxation, helping you integrate the joy, energy, and connection created throughout the evening.
Whether you're looking to make new friends, reconnect with your community, share your love of music, dance freely, or simply enjoy a beautiful summer evening surrounded by positive people, this gathering offers something for everyone.
