After 6 YEARS away from teaching, I’M BACK. 💃🏽
And we’re not easing into it.
Rhythm & Release is an hour to move your body, turn the music UP, sweat, laugh, let some stuff GO, and remember how GOOD it feels to move.
I’ve spent years teaching dance fitness as a Master Zumba Instructor, U-Jam Instructor, and more—and this class is bringing all of that energy together without putting us in a box.
No perfect moves required.
No dance experience needed.
No judgment.
Just music. movement. rhythm. release.

👶 Had a baby within the last 6 months? Bring that baby with you and come move with us for 50% off. We know getting back into your body after having a baby is a journey—and babies don't always cooperate with workout schedules. 😉
Register and pay online in advance. Cash is also welcome.
