Nia-Inspired Sacred Somatics and Yoga combine to make a practice of presence with the music in your body. Guided yoga, easy-choreo dance and space to flow as you go. This is a multi-session series on the 2nd and 3rd Friday of August, September and October. Join as many as you like as we explore the "classic" era of the late 20th century.
September 12th/19th: 80s
October 10/17th: 90s
$25/session or $20/session when you sign up for 3 or more.
September:
Move, Stretch and Heal to some retro vibes. Music for the 80s will include Whitney Houston, George Michael, Cyndi Lauper, David Bowie, Michael Jackson and more.
