This dazzling event also marks the official book release of “Rhythm & Pep” by author Daniel Henderson—a deep dive into the vibrant history of Iowa’s vaudeville scene, and the family legacy that inspired Rhythm & Pep’s founder and producer, Morgana Moon. Discover the rich, local history that connects past and present, and the story of how a century of showmanship continues to thrive on Iowa stages today.
Headlining this special night is none other than DOMITA SANCHEZ—the powerhouse performer and drag superstar! With over 11 years of experience, Domita is known for her electrifying stage presence and dynamic artistry. From her acclaimed turn as Lola in Kinky Boots at the Des Moines Playhouse, to opening for pop sensation Chappell Roan, headlining Capital City Pride, and leading her own DOMITA Show at Noce Jazz Club, Domita brings charisma, class, and pure talent to every stage she graces.
