RHS Hustle for Mental Health

The 11th Annual RHS Hustle for Mental Health, hosted by Rehabilitative Health Services to benefit NAMI, Upper Valley Idaho.

NAMI Upper Valley Idaho serves Idaho Falls and the surrounding areas. It is a chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness. Their mission is to better serve the lives of those with a mental illness and their families, through support, education, advocacy, and research. NAMI provides classes and support groups to educate families and individuals in Family-to-Family and Peer-to-Peer settings, they offer presentations to businesses about stigma in the workplace, coordinate with schools to showcase “Ending the Silence” which addresses stigma and adversity, partner with first responders and law enforcement to train on evidenced-based Crisis Intervention Team training, and promote dialogue with faith leaders to learn and understand the signs of mental distress. NAMI is a volunteer-driven organization.
