Rhodes parkrun will be hosting an 'Over 80s Celebration Day' at 8am on Saturday 5 April 2025, and you are invited! We would love to see as many parkrunners as possible who are in their 80s or older, and their friends and families, for this wonderful celebration of parkrun participation.
parkrun will take place as normal, and the aim for the day is to encourage as many older people as possible to take part - showing that age is no barrier to parkrun participation!
Please feel free to extend this invitation to anyone you know who might be interested.
Everyone is welcome whether you choose to walk, run, volunteer or support, and we would encourage you to join us for a coffee and breakfast following parkrun at:

Over 80s parkrun events have been an enormous success over the past seven years both here in Australia and overseas, and we know this celebration day will be no different!
We would love to see you at Rhodes parkrun at 8am on Saturday 5 April to join in the party atmosphere, and at the cafe afterwards.
