Rhiwderin Wellbeing - Sound Bath with Reiki

If you would like to relax your mind and body then join us, allow yourself to gently drift into a relaxed state as you listen to beautiful sound waves generated by healing instruments including singing bowls, chimes, gongs and tuning forks played by Gabi of Purple Dragon Therapies .

As the instruments are played Lisa Pryce-Jones and David Muzzlewhite (Master Reiki Healers and Teachers) will share the beautiful Reiki energy with you allowing all of the cells in your body to activate for your highest good bringing your mind, body and soul into balance.

If you wish to lay down please bring your own yoga mat, cushion and blanket to be extra cosy. Alternatively chairs will be provided.

A bottle of water will be provided.

Please note that the sessions starts promptly at 7pm so please arrive 5 minutes before the stated start time.

Note: Sound Baths are not recommended for people with epilepsy/risk of seizure or during the first trimester of pregnancy.
