RGU CADathon
About this Event
The RGU CADathon is an exciting student design challenge event that brings together students with a passion for engineering, product design, manufacturing, and innovation. Hosted at Robert Gordon University, the event gives participants the opportunity to collaborate, compete, and create using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
Throughout the event, teams will work to solve a problem brief provided on the day. Participants will be expected to develop a CAD model of their solution alongside a presentation explaining their design process, and final concept. At the end of the event, teams will present their solutions to a panel of judges. The winning team will be awarded a prize as well as a certificate from the Dean of Engineering and recognition on the RGU and IMECHE socials.
