Following the success of our January Club Engagement events, we are pleased to announce the next series of sessions, designed to provide targeted, practical support for rugby clubs.
When registering, we encourage you to indicate the topics of greatest interest to you. This will enable us to tailor each session effectively and ensure the appropriate RFU specialists are available to address your specific needs.
*Business operations: advice on how to generate revenue and reduce costs.
*Volunteers: how to identify, recruit and support volunteers.
*Coaching and Match Official workforce: understanding our current training offer, supporting clubs to develop their own workforce and updates planned for the 26/27 season.
*Player recruitment: ideas for how to attract and retain players including support for girls using our Love Rugby campaign.
*Education links: building sustainable links with schools, colleges, and universities. Guidance on key priorities and work programmes across Player Pipeline Team.
*Competitions Development: to understand additional playing opportunities, how to access the most appropriate on-pitch offer for your Men's, Women's and Age Grade players.
*Facilities and pitches: expert advice and guidance on club facility development plans and aspirations.
Each event will run from 2pm to 8pm, providing flexible opportunities to engage with subject matter experts, ask questions, and explore solutions relevant to your club.
