Are you a training vendor, employer, or small business seeking opportunities in the RFK Stadium redevelopment and wanting to know what First Source and/or Apprenticeship requirements apply to you? This session is designed for you.

Join the DC Department of Employment Services (DOES) for an in-person workshop offering a focused overview of the RFK project, First Source and apprenticeship requirements, and practical steps to prepare for workforce opportunities. Connect face-to-face with DOES experts, network with peers, and receive answers to your questions.

What to Expect:

• Learn about upcoming stadium procurement packages and how to prequalify to bid
• Get informed on First Source, the project’s labor agreement, and more
• Find out about apprenticeship requirements and workforce expectations
• Participate in a live Q&A with DOES staff
• Meet directly with First Source, Apprenticeship, Talent and Client Services, and American Job Center staff for onsite technical assistance, referrals, and follow-up guidance.

• DOES Community Room Entrance is located next to the Minnesota Ave Metro Center walkway.
• Parking: DOES headquarters is conveniently located next to the Minnesota Avenue Metro stop (Orange Line) and is just a 2–3-minute walk away. Paid parking is available behind the building at a flat rate of $8.95 per day.
