Rewrite Your Story workshop

Real change requires a real reset. This is the perfect time of year to press the reset button, and learn practices that will ensure 2025 is where you'll fully show up for yourself.

If you are overwhelmed, living life on repeat, and ready to make real change in your life, this workshop is an opportunity to step outside of your everyday life to identify the habits and patterns that are keeping you stuck.

In this two-part workshop series, we will:

• deep-dive into the stories that you currently tell yourself that are holding you back
• learn how to identify where those stories show up in everyday life
• practice tactics to break-free from living life on repeat
• create new stories that support your future self with confidence and ease

This workshop will feature two in-person sessions:

• Thursday January 23rd at 5:45PM - 8:00PM
• Wednesday January 29th at 5:45PM - 8:00PM
