Join Amanda of Heart Centered Guidance and Zuza of Cool Lotus Rising for a morning of reflection, creativity, Sound Healing, and Reiki centered around becoming more conscious of the stories we tell ourselves.
Together, we'll explore everyday language, limiting beliefs, and familiar narratives that may be keeping us connected to an old version of ourselves. This isn't about ignoring difficult experiences or simply "thinking positive." It's about honoring what we've experienced while recognizing that our past doesn't have to write our next chapter.
✨ REFLECT
Through guided conversation and reflection, we'll notice some of the words, thoughts, and stories we've been carrying and explore how consciously changing our language can begin to change our perspective.
🎨 CREATE
You'll receive a female silhouette that becomes the canvas for your own transformation piece. Using affirmations, meaningful words, colors, ribbon, and other creative materials, you'll design her hair to represent the thoughts, beliefs, and energy you want to nurture moving forward.
No artistic experience is needed—this is about intention and self-expression.
🎶 RECEIVE
We'll then settle into a restorative Sound Healing + Reiki experience, creating space to quiet the mind, receive, and integrate the intentions you've created.
We'll close our time together with community reflection and an opportunity to share anything that came forward during the experience.
