If you’ve been feeling mentally overloaded, emotionally drained, or close to burnout — this series offers a gentle space to pause, understand stress, and retrain how your body and mind respond to pressure.
In 90 minutes, we will cover:
- Restorative yoga with props
- Guided discussion on stress & emotional regulation
- Group hypnosis for deep relaxation and subconscious support.
