As this is a FREE event and they have been SO kind as to not charge us a pre paid hosting fee, please use courtesy and let me know if you can no longer make it asap so i can change seating with venue by messaging me on 0434517773.

You can email your meditation to me at [email protected], i will then proof and approve and if selected then i will return you with an agreement to sign. i need you to sign the agreement before we upload, drop and promote you. I will re proof and approve your medititation.. then off we go!

Words truly have such a profound effect, when we change our perspective, we rewire our thought process, thus our actions thereafter & the trajectory of our lives.

Don't worry if you have never recorded a meditation before & a nervous, it's bascially a spoken story or message you would tell your community. You can look back on past posts that moved you and jot down the key points, you can listen to podcasts related to your mission, quotes or other reels/posts on socials - save them to a file, reflect on them, put them in your own words & there you go.

If you have trouble recording nice quality at home - i recommend booking in with- Contact | Studio Gold Coast (studiogc.com.au) for recording in studio.
