Help Indiana’s wildlife by joining Re-Wilding Indiana’s Volunteer Callout Meeting!We’re looking for animal lovers ready to make a difference in Central Indiana. Whether you want hands-on experience with wildlife care or prefer behind-the-scenes support, there’s a place for you on our team.
We especially need volunteers who can help in person at our Hancock County facility and assist with transports between us and our veterinarian on the northwest side of Indianapolis.
Come to our next Volunteer Callout Meeting to see if Re-Wilding Indiana is the right fit for you! Volunteers must be 16 and up, but anyone’s welcome to attend and learn more.
Opportunities include:
• Fostering (orphaned opossums, squirrels, raccoons, bats, rabbits and more)
• Transporting animals to and from the rehab center
• Wildlife rescue
•Cleaning & laundry
• Food prep
• Fundraising & event planning
• Social media
• Maintenance & building projects

• Wildlife educational programs

• Train to become a wildlife rehabber
• and more!
Drop in anytime between 6:00 and 7:00 PM (wraps up by 7:30). Meet current volunteers, learn what we do, and find a role that fits your interests.
Volunteer Requirements:
✔ Love of animals
✔ Willing to follow rehab rules & regulations
✔ Age 16 +
✔ Monthly commitment
