Rewild Dance is an inner exploration that takes us on a somatic journey. Each individual moves in their own way. Many people start attending without feeling entirely at ease with dancing but over time they discover a profound joy in this expressive form. At its core, Rewild Dance is all about reconnecting with the body, allowing it to move unbounded.For an optimal experience, we recommend attending hydrated with a light stomach. Comfortable attire is a must and a pre-session stretch encourages fluidity and comfortability in movements. In order to maintain meditative engagement, we request that participants refrain from bringing instruments to the session.
This journey is deeply introspective, so we suggest saving social interactions for before or after the session. Prepare to approach the experience with a meditative mindset and anticipate a profoundly somatic journey.
