Yoga teacher & Reiki Master, Amanda Ruschiensky, will lead participants through longer held, more passive yin postures. While holding these postures for time, participants will receive the Reiki healing energies through hands above or gently on the body. @from_my_heart_2_urs @amandaruschiensky
We will focus on the main energy centres that run through the midline of the body, known as chakras.
At the same time, Amanda Scandrett will play the crystal singing bowls, using the sound vibration to cleanse, heal and move energy. @sacredcirclehealingarts
