21st – 24th August 2026
4 days, 3 nights on the NSW South Coast… born from a belief that real health is inseparable from how we eat, how we rest, and how we relate to the land and each other.
Most of us are running on a nervous system that never fully switches off.
We sleep, but we don't recover. We eat, but we've lost touch with where food actually comes from. We're surrounded by people, but real connection feels harder to find than it used to.
This isn't a personal failing. It's what happens when we live too far outside the rhythms our biology was built for.
The body already knows what it needs. It just needs the right conditions to remember.
🌿 Nervous system restoration: breathwork, somatic practice and tools for building real resilience over time
🌿 Circadian health: days anchored in natural light, movement and rhythm your body already knows how to respond to
🌿 Land, food and provenance: ethical wild game stewardship, nose-to-tail preparation, nourishing meals
🌿 Primitive skills and ancestral knowledge: stone knapping, archery, fire craft
🌿 Contrast therapy (sauna, cold, immersion, magnesium pool recovery)
🌿 Fire gatherings and community
Days on the land — learning, creating, working with your hands.
Evenings around fire beneath the stars, nourished by wholesome food, enjoyed in community.
There's a rhythm that starts to emerge when you step away from the noise. Most of us have forgotten we're allowed to live by it.
All meals across the retreat are catered for; bringing together whole food ingredients with wild game and free from industrial seed oils.
