Lost dog in Billings ---- My friend's dog got out of a hole in the backyard fence last week near Kings Ave and Billings Boulevard (near Sams Club). Shes a 14 year old Shih Tzu/ Poodle mix. If anybody has any information please let me know and i can give you her phone number. A reward is being offered for the pup's safe return. Her name is Cici.
