Join us for an hour of guided meditation, Liberation Reiki energy healing and community Monday evenings at 7:15pm. Our Reiki at the Lake group is going into hibernation in the coziness and warmth of Chi-Town Shakti yoga studio. Experience radical rest and deep peace so that you may stand in your beauty, strength and power as you move through your week.
All are welcome–especially you. No previous experience necessary.
Sessions will be led by Megan Brand, Level 3 Reiki energy healer and Liberation Reiki practitioner.
