This circle has been created to encourage women to release societal conditioning and expectations about what our bodies “should” look like and embrace the natural beauty of the human body and spirit. We will support each other as we release unjust shame and judgment. We will experience the power of women’s circles and the magic of being witnessed in our truths.This is safe space to shed ideas and beliefs that do not align with who we are. Come feel into what a loving relationship with your body can do for your entire existence and quality of life. And if you have already done this deep work, please come lean in and offer your wisdom and perspective.
*This circle is open to all beings identifying as women, ages 15 and up.
*Each participant will leave with a ritual bath kit crafted during circle to continue the healing journey of self-love at home.

About the Teacher:

Kimberly Rose is a reiki master, yoga teacher, and facilitator for women’s circles. Kimberly has been an attuned Reiki practitioner since 2018. She completed her 200 Hour YTT with Our Sacred Space Yoga School in Hartsville, SC in 2020. She has received training from Her Sacred Circle Facilitator Program in 2022 in Myrtle Beach, SC. She has also completed training in Yin Yoga through Authentic Yoga Teacher Training of Scottsdale, AZ.
Kimberly specializes in energetic shifts and aims to assist her students and clients identify external and internal stressors so they can begin to clear them from the mind, body, and spirit. This process of releasing what no longer serves you creates space to bring your desires into reality. She will guide you on your journey and help you to discover how to honor your Human form while remembering you are also Divine. Kimberly is dedicated to her students and their investigation of energy, yoga, and personal power.
