Revive Yoga • Mindfulness • Reiki
Our 5 week Revive practice is designed to promote energy balance in Spring.
Spring is a time for rebirth. In nature we see the signs of life re-emerging after winter. Things begin to get greener, we start to see flower blossoms, and baby animals born. We notice the days getting longer & brighter and our energy should gradually do the same.
This practice will include…
👃🏻 Spring essential oil scents
🧍Body scan to bring awareness to your body.
🫁 Breath work to help ground you & prepare for our practice.
🧘 Somatic exercise to improve mind-body connection.
🧘♀️ Mindful mobility exercises to improve strength & flexibility (hips, spine, & shoulders).
🧘♂️ Active & passive stretches to release tension and improve fascia health.
🧠 Guided meditation for relaxation.
🙏🏻 Extra 30 mins on week 5 for deep relaxation, & Reiki for energy balance.
Available to use: Mats, Cushions, Bolsters, Blankets, Yoga Blocks, Yoga Straps. Please feel free to bring any of your own equipment & comfies if you prefer.
