As part of Tremenheere's Rooted: Wellness Weekend. Revive – A herbal Workshop with Herbalist Harriet that will awaken you for the spring season ahead. Harriet will introduce you to seasonal herbs that you craft and embody in preparation for the shift in season, with properties that will revive and rejuvenate your body after a long winter.
Harriet will guide you with her expertise and extensive knowledge in herbalism, where you will make you own herbal tea blend and receive useful literature on the properties of medicinal plants, all for keepsake. A 2 hour workshop to craft your own herbal medicine, guided by Herbalist Harriet with a Q&A opportunity to ask anything in regards to your health and advisory on the right herbs for you. All ingredients, herbs etc are provided, with fresh herbal tea survived on arrival.
