this is our retreat day with Lucy & @jgrxceb �an afternoon + evening woven together with practices that support you in reconnecting
restful yoga �mindfulness�time in nature�creative exploration through writing + art
space to notice what’s there�space to shift what’s ready

throughout the weekend, you’ll also have the option to include virtual EMDR therapy sessions with Natasha, APC, NCC from @creativecenterforwellness �held friday + sunday
