In this 5Rhythms waves workshop we will explore the ways
the outside world stops us in our tracks and work with
transforming and reigniting our inner fires to light our way
back to our own truths. As we move in an upward
trajectory to our YES, we will open our eyes to the darkness
and light the flame that illuminates our mystery.

WORKSHOP LEVEL DETAILS
A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.This workshop counts as 2.5 days (15 Hours) of Waves for those on the 5Rhythms Teacher Training path.

By registering for this workshop, I agree to and acknowledge the following.I acknowledge that I intend to participate in physical activity and agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known and unknown, which might occur as a result of participating in the program.I agree to release Nima Yazdanfar, laura martin-eagle, 5Rhythms Global and Dance Loft on 14 from any and all liability related to personal injury or illness that may result from my attendance and participation.
Refund Policy
Life happens and changes are sometimes necessary. Cancellations 3-4 weeks before start date receive a full refund minus a $90 processing fee. Cancellations made 2 weeks before will receive a full refund minus a $150 processing fee. Cancellations made less than a week from start date are subject to a participant replacement. If a replacement is registered a refund minus a $150 processing fee will be granted.

laura martin-eagle Has been studying,performing and teaching various dance forms for over 50 years. She is a certified and accerited teacher of 5Rhythms® Waves level (2001) and Heartbeat level (2010)and Cycles level (2025). She is a member of the 5Rhythms Teacher Association (5RTA).
GETTING HERE:
Bus: S1, S2, S4, S9 (Express) lines connecting 16th Street, Downtown DC, and Silver Spring; 52, 53, 54 lines connecting 16th Street, Downtown DC, and Takoma Park (Take Buchanan Street stop)
Metro: Georiga Ave - Petworth is the closest WMATA station to Dance Loft on 14. It is a 20 minute walk or a 7-10 minute bike ride to Dance Loft from that station.
Bike: There is a Capital Bikeshare dock on 14th and Crittenden, right in front of Highlands.
Parking: Parking on 14th St is paid everyday except for Sunday. You may park in the surrounding neighborhoods for free on evenings and weekends.
