Reviewed Project Site Tour

NEAC will host a district tour of reviewed sites on Thursday, July 9, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. During the tour, Commissioners and community members will visit four sites to assess whether our assumptions held true after approval.
At each location, participants will reflect on questions such as:
Does the project fit in?
What do we think about the designs?
Were the zoning changes consistent with our objectives and community needs?
6:00 PM — 1614 Greenway 18-unit building on a 114x160’ lot, approximately .42 acres. We will also view one of the Pink Construction triplexes at 1563 Greenway, which is still under construction.
6:25 PM — 333 Kendall Place. A 4-unit project currently under construction.
6:50 PM — 542 Kelton. Duplexes.
7:10 PM — Long Street Corridor. The Diehl/Adelphi/Ogden area.
