Reverse Coloring: Let Go & Be Present

Watercolor painting invites artists to loosen their grip on control and embrace the natural flow of the medium. As the paint moves and blends freely, participants learn to let go and enjoy the process rather than focus on perfection. Once the watercolor designs are created, the class shifts into a calming reverse-coloring activity—mindfully outlining the organic shapes and colors already on the page. This relaxing practice helps artists ground themselves in the present moment, encouraging both creativity and mindfulness.

Pet Policy: Visitors are NOT permitted to bring pets onto the WheatonArts campus. Only Service Dogs, as defined by the ADA, are welcome on the grounds.

Seats are limited and booked on a first-come, first-reserve basis. Besides an auto-generated email receipt, you will receive a confirmation email from the Director of Education and Artist Services, Pamela Weichmann. CANCELATION POLICY: Refunds are eligible up to one week before the beginning of the workshop. After this time, workshop fees are non-refundable. WheatonArts reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to minimum enrollment. If cancellation occurs, WheatonArts will refund all workshop fees. A $25 fee is charged to those who do not show up for their appointment. We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment; otherwise, it will be considered a no-show, except in the case of illness. Are you feeling unwell or showing symptoms of COVID-19?
