Reverse Appliqué Sweatshirts

Give new life to your wardrobe in this creative, hands-on class exploring the art of reverse appliqué! In this beginner-friendly workshop, students will transform their own sweatshirts using repurposed scrap fabrics to create unique, layered designs. No prior sewing experience is required, just bring a sweatshirt you’d like to customize and an openness to experiment.

This class focuses on hand stitching, making it approachable and portable. By the end, you’ll walk away with a one-of-a-kind garment and the skills to continue creating at home or on the go!

✨ Bring your own sweatshirt and scrap fabric if you a special fabric you would like to use or share with others. All other supplies provided.
💛 This class is offered on a sliding scale of $10-$25. Please contribute what feels right within that range. If that range isn’t accessible for you right now, please reach out - we always hold a couple of community spots.
⚠️ RSVP is required as seating is limited. Please register each person in your party one at a time as the site doesn't allow more than one at a time for donation based events. If you reserve, please come (we’ll miss you!) or cancel at least 24 hours ahead so someone else can join.
