@alixfernz — Scratchy, contrasting and labyrinthine, songs from Alix Fernz venture deep into post-punk’s scalene enclave, also flirting with hypnagogic pop, resulting in a lo-fi hybrid between synthwave and alternative rock, topped with catchy yet kooky melodies.

@sam.woy — To a growing group of those in the know, the name SAMWOY evokes epic and exhilarating music that bends genres and smashes through the largely humdrum Canadian music landscape. Sam Woywitka is the mastermind behind the project, which has grown to encompass a collective of some of Montreal’s most dynamic musicians. In the words of the Québécoise alt-pop visionary Virginie B: “Sam’s basically an all-encompassing hard-working music intuitive genius.”

@sunglaciers — blurring the boundaries between polished melodicism and opaque experimentation, auspicious romanticism and unbridled dissent. Though anchored in the strange realities of our times, their songs are laced with a certain optimism through well-calculated psych elements and vibrant rhythms, making for a unique strand of kaleidoscopic proto-pop.
