Revenge of the Ex: Upcycling Night

Bring an item from your closet, an ex’s button-down, a jacket from a past chapter, or anything ready for a second life. Transform it with paint, patches, embellishments, and more.

The evening will be hosted by artist and designer , founder of Lauren Altman Studio, whose work explores storytelling through clothing, craft, upcycling, and material transformation.

A special guest, , tailor and expert upcycler, will be present to help bring your ideas to life.
You can work with them to sew on patches, add lettering, and make small tailoring adjustments to your piece.
You’ll also have the opportunity to shop the Lauren Altman Studio and enjoy a one-night-only 30% VIP discount included with your ticket.

Bring one item you’d like to transform, such as:

• A shirt, sweatshirt, or jacket
• A handbag or accessory
• Shoes
• Any object ready for a second life

No item? No problem! Vintage and thrifted pieces will be available for purchase at the event.

We’ll have a full upcycling station including:

• Fabric paint
• Patches and embellishments
• Sequins & pom poms
• Scissors
• Needle & thread
• Fabric scraps
• Hot glue and decorative materials

2 glasses of Gulp Hablo Wine per person and light bites are provided, including:

• Baklava
• Börek
• Simit & cheese
• Tea & coffee
