Join Hayley for a 90-minute all levels flow ~This hour and a half, Friday evening class offers you a once-a-month option to deepen your practice from the regular 60-minute format.
The extended centering to begin helps you settle into a receptive, focused mental state, enter your breath and body deeply, and learn to process emotions that live under the surface of your conscious awareness.
The pace, instruction, and demonstration allow for a safe, accessible, and rejuvenating practice.
