Come and move your body while worshipping our God! All fitness levels welcome. Expect to have fun!You will need class waivers completed to participate in person or virtual classes. Email me if you haven’t filled them out yet. [email protected]
For virtual classes you will want weights/resistance bands or even soup cans will work. You will also want drumsticks but kitchen utensils will work. For in person classes I will provide resistance bands and drumsticks however feel free to bring hand weights. A water bottle, small towel and a yoga mat.
Suggested donation of $5 per class. I take Venmo under worshipmovementllc or Apple Pay. For classes a minimum of 5 participants is required.
