As the seasons shift, autumn naturally invites us to slow down, turn inward, and reflect.
**Returning To Your Roots** is about navigating transition, experiencing transformation, reconnecting with yourself and your goals. You'll explore the current changes, ground yourself, and fully embrace it all.
Led by expressionist painter **Hana Balenastre**, this workshop creates space for creativity with deep, intuitive self-expression. This is about diving into your inner world and letting it all flow.
Throughout the session, Hana will guide you through this series of prompts:
1. **What are you currently releasing in your life? How does that feel and look for you?**
2. **What are you actively calling into your life?**
3. **What does it feel like to fully come home to yourself?**
4. **What is one goal you are ready to initiate today?**
You don’t need any prior art experience. This is about creating space for self-discovery. So, come as you are, ready to have fun, paint, and release.
Event starts at **7:30 PM.**
**Event is 21+ only.**
**Your Ticket Includes**
- One 11" × 14" canvas
- Paints, brushes, palette, tabletop easel, and all art materials
- Guided breathwork and intention setting
- A one-hour intuitive painting workshop
- A sample beverage and special treat provided by Grams
