About this Event

When life feels demanding or overwhelming, it can be difficult to hear yourself beneath all the noise.

Returning to Calm in the Midst of Stress is a gentle, guided meditation experience designed to help you pause, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

Through breathing practices, meditation, and mindful awareness, Sarah Villegas will guide you to shift your attention away from the pressures of everyday life and return to your body, your breath, and the present moment.

This supportive experience can help you:

• Slow down and settle your nervous system
• Release physical and emotional tension
• Quiet mental noise
• Create more space for calm and positive emotions
• Reconnect with your inner wisdom and strength
• Learn practices you can return to when stress begins to build

The goal is not to make life’s challenges disappear. It is to help you develop a steadier place within yourself—one you can return to when life feels overwhelming.

No previous meditation experience is needed. Come exactly as you are and give yourself an hour to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

During this supportive 75-minute experience, Sarah will create an unhurried space for you to settle, reconnect, and explore practices you can carry into everyday life.

The experience may include:

• Gentle, heart-centered breathing
• Guided meditation
• Mindful awareness practices
• A simple reflection prompt
• Practical tools for returning to calm during stressful moments

All practices are gentle, and you are encouraged to listen to your body, remain within your comfort level, and pause or modify at any time.
