We’re excited to announce that registration is now open for National Team Tryouts for all current National Team athletes!These tryouts are required for all athletes planning to return to the National Team for the upcoming season. This allows our coaches to assess each gymnast’s progress and determine team placement for the new year.
National Team
Our highest level of competition, where athletes train at an advanced level and compete at meets across the United States. This program requires a strong commitment, focus, and dedication.
Tryout Details:
Date: Friday, May 29
Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Location: Spirit Gymnastics
Cost: $25 per athlete
Please arrive a few minutes early for check-in.

Please note: Tryouts are closed to spectators to allow our coaches to evaluate each gymnast in a focused, distraction-free environment.
