Join us for a half-day immersive spiritual retreat created especially for the Deaf and signing community. This experience is fully in ASL and led by Deaf facilitators — an ASL energy healer, a sound bath healer, and a yoga teacher.This retreat is designed to help you reconnect with self-love, presence, and the wisdom of your heart.
We will begin with a grounding opening ceremony to set intentions and create a safe, supportive container. From there, you’ll be guided through gentle, heart-centered yoga movements designed to open the body with softness and care.
You’ll then experience a restorative Sound Bath and Reiki Healing Ceremony — a deeply calming space for heart activation, energetic renewal, and inner alignment.
Throughout the retreat, nourishing snacks and drinks will be provided to support your body and allow time for rest, connection, and gentle integration.
The day will also include meaningful self-love activities to deepen reflection and embodiment. We will close in community with gratitude and sharing, so you leave feeling centered, supported, and truly at home within yourself.
