Return to Your Natural Self ~ 6 Week Online Journey ~ March 9 - April 13

Join us for a 6 week online journey that invites you to Return to Your Natural Self, Sundays, 9amPST / 12PM EST, 9 March - 13 April, 2025.

Inspired by our in-person retreat, our online program is guided and inspired by the elements, as all the elements are within us and support us in connecting with our natural selves.

Over the course of six weeks, we will go on a personal and communal journey intentionally designed to move you ever closer to your natural self.

The program will begin with an opening circle during which we will set our intentions and begin connecting with ourselves and each other. Then, we move into element-focused sessions.
We start with earth first to find grounding and safety within ourselves. From this rooted place, we move into water, where we will explore what we’ve hidden or suppressed in our depths. From our depths, we connect with our fire and bring all parts of ourselves into the light. As our whole selves, we connect with air and our full expression, sharing all that we are with others without fear or shame.

We end our program with a closing circle during which we will reflect on the journey and speak our truth on what matters most to our natural self.

Each 90 minute group session includes a mix of the most supportive practices, aligned with the session’s intention. Outside of group sessions, we will provide guidance to support you in engaging in the work on your own time in your own space.
