Return to the Light is a heart-centered Equinox gathering rooted in Reclamation Through Grace — a space to gently regulate your nervous system, anchor into your body, and root into the next season with clarity and intention.
This is not about forcing momentum.
It is about rebuilding from grace.

• A guided Reclamation meditation with Giuliana
• Gentle embodiment movement with Carol Ann
• A crystalline sound bath to regulate and restore
• A Sacred Light Ritual (tea light activation)
• Reflective inquiry: What am I ready to root and rebuild this season?
• Closing sister circle to anchor intention into the body
