This Valentine’s offering is an invitation to come home to yourself, to focus on self-love, presence and inner connection.You are warmly welcome to attend solo or with a loved one. Couples are welcome and encouraged.
We begin with rose tea on arrival as you settle into the space and intuitively choose an oracle card to guide your evening. From here, you’ll be gently guided into a heart centred meditation focused on self worth, boundaries and inner nourishment, creating a grounded foundation for the ritual to follow.
You’ll then be guided through a self love ritual where you’ll create your own spell jar. Using intention, symbolism and carefully chosen ingredients, you’ll anchor what you are calling in for yourself this year. This ritual is deeply personal and focused on strengthening your relationship with yourself.
The evening continues with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra meditation, guiding you into a state of conscious rest, before melting into an extended sound meditation. The sound journey supports integration of your intentions, calming the nervous system and bathing the heart space in resonance and rest.
We’ll close the evening slowly with more rose tea, and light snacks, allowing space to land, reflect and gently reconnect before heading back out into the world.
This is a nourishing, inclusive and soulful alternative to traditional Valentine’s events. A space to soften, restore and reconnect with what truly matters.
