A sacred, modern breathwork experience designed to awaken remembrance, restore connection, and stir the divine within.

This is a guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey paired with modern, cinematic music and subtle influences from India’s ancient wisdom traditions.
The session blends somatic release, energetic awakening, and deep inner listening — creating a powerful reset for your mind, body, and nervous system.

You will be safely guided through a breath pattern that opens the body, calms the mind, and allows emotional and energetic blockages to surface and release.

Over approximately 75–90 minutes, you will move through:

• Grounding + intention setting
• A guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey (40 minute of CC Breath)
• A carefully curated soundtrack designed to support emotional and energetic release
• Elements of Nada (sound) & Kundalini-inspired practices
• Gentle integration + reflection to help you land softly

This is a trauma-informed, supportive space. All emotions, experiences, and states of being are welcome.

Chrissy Schmidt

After experiencing the debilitating effects of corporate burnout, I decided to make a life change and leave behind the high-stress environment and embarked on a journey towards healing and self-discovery in Southeast Asia.

Certified in Kundalini Yoga and Active Consciousness Meditation, I've utilized the powerful techniques of Kundalini, breathwork, and meditation to overcome personal anxiety and transform my life. This profound personal experience inspired me to help others find peace and balance through meditation.

I'm passionate about guiding individuals on their own paths to inner calm and holistic well-being. With a deep understanding of the pressures of modern life, I provide compassionate instruction designed to liberate the mind and rejuvenate the spirit.

Alexander Momcilovic

I Grew up in Northwest Indiana. As a child, although having wonderful parents and family, I experienced a lot of anxiety, self consciousness, depression and unworthiness. From age 13 to 20 I struggled with violence, drug dealing and heavy drug/alcohol addiction. In 2016 I had an intense spiritual awakening and began studying various philosophies, spiritual traditions and methods from around the world. I was taken deep into the mystical love and wisdom of the great saints, yogi’s and avatars from around the world. I do a wide variety of spiritual practices and am apart of many communities.

When I had that initial awakening of spirit the first thing that became clear to me was the unity of what all of these teachers were saying and that the true identity of each individual life form is no different than that of God. I see life as the ultimate lila, or play of God, in which we have come into form to experience this dance. The dance is filled with unimaginable joy and unthinkable sorrow. Here we are. As my beloved teacher Ram Dass says – "Be here now" and we are "All Just Walking Each Other Home." "Love is the strongest medicine, it is even more powerful than electricity" – Neem Karoli Baba

DarLynn Kauffman

Is a certified breathwork facilitator, Kundalini yoga instructor, and seasoned CPA with 25 years in corporate finance. She’s the founder of Calibrē Wellness — where spreadsheets meet soul. She’s lived through trauma, transformation, and healing, and now leads others back to themselves through breath, presence, and ceremony. Fiercely authentic (yes, she loves tacos and The Bachelor), she’s also a mom whose kids keep her grounded and honest. Calibrē isn’t just a business — it’s a movement to drop the masks and step into our messy, beautiful truth.
