Journey inward through an immersive sound bath, guided meditation, intention setting, and a special Fireheart Intention Bottle ritual designed to help you release what no longer serves you and reconnect with the strength already within you.
No knowledge of the books required—fantasy lovers, wellness seekers, and anyone craving an evening of magic and restoration are all welcome.
About the Event
Welcome back to Terrasen. 🌲🦌✨
Inspired by the beloved Throne of Glass series, Return to Terrasen is a fantasy-inspired wellness experience centered around courage, resilience, transformation, and reclaiming your personal power.
We’ll begin by settling into a guided meditation and intention-setting practice before journeying into an immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments.
Allow yourself to rest as the sounds invite you to quiet the outside world, release stagnant energy, and reconnect with your own inner fire.
Following the sound bath, we’ll bring our intentions into the physical world by creating a Fireheart Intention Bottle.
Choose a word or intention representing something you are ready to release, reclaim, or call into your life, then place it inside your bottle alongside symbolic elements to remind you of the strength you carry within.
