Return to Self is a gentle, grounded gathering for women to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with their inner world.

Through guided meditation and a healing art collage practice, we create space to slow down, listen inward, and awaken creative expression in a calm and supportive environment.

This is a sacred circle of women — a space to decompress, reflect, and return to the wisdom of the heart.

No artistic experience is needed. All materials are provided.
