Return to Presence- A restorative Day Retreat & Yoga of Sound Concert
About this Event
Return to Presence is a one-day immersion into meditation, Yoga Nidra, sacred sound, and restorative practices—an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with the peace that exists beneath the surface of the restless mind.
Held in the serenity of nature, this retreat is designed with great care and intention—from the flow of the day to the practices themselves—creating a welcoming space where there is nothing to achieve, perform, or prove. You are simply invited to arrive as you are, slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
Guided by the wisdom of Swami Yatidharmananda, a Himalayan monk from Uttarkashi, India, and complemented by Mokshajyoti's nature based embodiment practices and Nāda Yoga (Yoga of Sound), the day gently weaves together stillness, meditation, mantra, nature, voice, movement and sacred sound. Through these practices, you'll be invited to cultivate a deeper sense of grounding, presence, and connection—with yourself, with nature, and with the community around you.
Throughout the day, you'll experience meditation, Yoga Nidra, an outdoor nature embodiment practice, kirtan, a Nāda Yoga concert, and an intimate satsang and Q&A with the Swami.
Whether you are new to these practices or have walked the spiritual path for years, this retreat offers a nurturing environment where you can pause, receive, and remember the quiet presence that has always been within.
Swami Yatidharmananda is visiting from Sivanand Seva Samiti, India: https://www.sivanandsevasamiti.org/
This event is hosted by Mokshajyoti of Moss and Moksha LLC.
